It all begins with a conversation with one of our advisors. We explain how the fund works, introduce you to the collection and answer your questions about nights, bookings and ownership. No commitment: we want you to decide with all the information.
2 · Application
If Olivo is right for you, you submit your application. Our team reviews it carefully so the community keeps its essence, and guides you through every step of the process.
3 · Signing
Once your application is approved, you sign the documents that make you a shareholder of the fund. Everything is clear and transparent: you know exactly what is yours, how many nights you are entitled to and how you share in the value of the collection.
4 · Olivo Member
Welcome to Olivo. You receive access to the private booking platform, meet your dedicated service team and start planning your first stay. From here on, all that’s left is to enjoy what is yours.
It is your stake in the fund that owns the residences. As a shareholder, you become part of the collection’s assets and gain the right to enjoy it, with nights allocated every year and dedicated service at every stay.
What part of the property do I own with a share?
Your share does not correspond to one house or to a percentage of a single residence. It represents a proportional part of the entire fund, and with it you share in the value of the whole collection, including its appreciation at the end of the cycle.
How many nights a year does each share give me?
Each share gives you 60 nights a year to use at any residence in the collection. You can book them in advance, take advantage of available dates in Open House or take part in the High Season Draft.
Is my share for a single property or for the entire collection?
The entire collection. Your share opens the doors to every residence in the fund, by the beach, in the mountains, in the city or wherever culture takes you. And as new funds add destinations, you will be able to enjoy them too.
Can I sell or pass on my share in the future?
Yes. Your share is an asset and can be passed on to your heirs or sold to a new shareholder, following Olivo’s approval process. This is how we make sure the community keeps its essence.
Can I share my nights with family or friends?
Of course. You can share your nights with the people you love most, as long as a member is present during the stay. Our team will welcome them with the same service as you.
