What exactly does being part of Olivo include?
As a shareholder, you have access to the entire collection, dedicated service at every stay, a private booking platform. The annual fee covers the operation and upkeep of the residences, including management by the operator.
Do I really own the property?
You own a share of the portfolio. The residences belong to the fund, and you are a shareholder of that fund. There are no individual deeds, but there is real participation in the value of the collection. The cycle lasts around fifteen years: two of acquisition, ten of use and three of exit, when the properties are sold and the value is distributed among the shareholders.
How do I book?
You can book through the private shareholder platform or by WhatsApp with your concierge, in three ways. Advance booking, to plan ahead. Open House, to enjoy last-minute available dates. High Season Draft, a rotation system that fairly distributes the most sought-after dates. Every booking is confirmed on the platform and by WhatsApp.
What if the property I want isn’t available?
We help you find the best alternative: other dates at the same home or a similar residence within the collection. Dates that open up appear in Open House, so it’s always worth keeping an eye out.
What does “dedicated service” mean?
It means someone thinks about your trip before you do. Our team prepares the home to your liking, coordinates your arrival and arranges whatever you need during your stay, from transportation to a private chef or local experiences. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy.
