The details
How many properties make up the collection?
The first fund brings together twelve properties, and the collection grows fund by fund. Each new fund adds destinations, and shareholders of earlier funds can enjoy them too.
Where are the residences?
The collection is organized into four worlds: Beach, Mountain, City and Culture. Our portfolio includes destinations such as Los Cabos, Vail, Beaver Creek, Madrid, New York, Miami, San Diego and Punta Mita.
How do you choose the properties that join the collection?
We look for homes with four to six bedrooms, in prime locations with strong international demand. That combination protects the appreciation of your investment. Each residence must also have its own character and live up to Olivo’s design and service.
Do all the properties have the same level of design and service?
Yes. Each home has its own personality, but they all share the same standard. Whether you arrive in the mountains or in the city, the experience feels like Olivo.
Can I suggest a destination or a property?
Of course. Our shareholders’ ideas are always welcome. Every proposal is evaluated with the same criteria of location, demand and standard, and may inspire the destinations of a future fund.
What happens if a property no longer meets the Olivo standard?
First, we work to restore it, through renovations or adjustments to its operation. If that isn’t possible, the property may be sold and the capital reinvested in a residence that does meet the standard. The goal is always to protect your experience and your investment.
